Gingerbread Party

We had so much fun decorating gingerbread houses for our holiday party. The kids were so excited leading up to it- we read all sorts of gingerbread stories (The Gingerbread Girl was our favorite, because she "outfoxed" the fox and didn't get eaten!) and even had a missing gingerbread boy of our own!

I cannot say thank you enough to the families that helped make our party a success! Building the houses, decorating the classroom, sending in and setting out decorating supplies- there was a lot to be done! Thank you so much for volunteering your time and energy to make the day so special for our little people! You rock! :)

I tried my best to snap pictures while the kiddos were working on their masterpieces! As a last step, the children brought their house to me so that it could "snow" on their gingerbread house. I hope you enjoy the pictures!
